Begin your stay in the beautifully preserved original cottage at the front of the property, featuring three bedrooms. From there, step into the impressive new extension, designed with a sophisticated, luxurious vibe. The extension boasts a warm wood fireplace, a chic bar, and a lavish master suite with a private ensuite. You'll also find a stylish family bathroom and a fun-filled games room, perfect for entertaining guests of all ages. The main living area is filled with light with floor to ceiling windows that look out to the back yard while sitting around the cosy wood fireplace and air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round. Fully equipped country-style kitchen and dining table for eight people. Please be aware that the Mornington Peninsula council have a strict no party policy, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm our guests need to move inside to abide by council law.
