The space The home features an open integrated fully equipped kitchen, dining and living space, which opens onto a balcony area with additional outdoor dining and garden view. The large entertaining deck runs the length of the front of the home and looks out over the gardens and lawns. The lounge room has a fireplace and soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed timber beams and the thoughtfully planned flow from indoor to outdoor living will delight. There are multiple usable outdoor spaces and features within the grounds and established gardens. The grounds provide inspiration throughout the changing seasons. There is considered planting throughout and the gardens will deliver enduring colour and scent; from Azaleas, Agapanthus, Gardenias, Camellias and Roses, just to name a few. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm and ask that you respect our neighbours and generally keep noise to a minimum. Unfortunately we do not accept bookings for school leavers.
