Clearwaters is a modern, light filled home with ample space for you to relax & enjoy. Within easy reach of Albury Base Hospital, Town, Hume Highway & Hume Weir. There are 3 bedrooms all with queen beds & built in wardrobes. The master room leads to an ensuite. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with modern equipment. The comfy lounge has a smart TV & spacious dining area leads out to an covered Alfresco area with BBQ. Ideal for professionals or family travellers. Your Home Away from Home! The space Clearwaters is a light, airy modern house. You will feel at home with all mod cons that can cater up to 6 people. Bedrooms All bedrooms have queen beds in and walk in robes. The master bedroom has an ensuite attached. Kitchen The equipment in the kitchen is easy to use, but there are a few things to note. • The food waste bin is in the cupboard under the sink, please place in the green waste in the green outside bin when you leave. Spare bags are under the sink. • General waste rubbish bin next to the refridgerator. We have provided tea, coffee and sugar located above the stove and also oil, salt and pepper for your convenience. Lounge Sit back and relax on the couch and watch some Netflix or YouTube on the Smart TV with our unlimited WIFI. Simple log in with your account but don’t forget to sign out when you leave. In the TV unit are some board games and adult/children’s books for those rainy days and some tourist information leaflets. LAUNDRY In the laundry you will find the a washing machine, vacuum, laundry basket, pegs, broom, mop, bucket, airer, iron and ironing board. There is also washing detergent and cleaning products available for your use. You can hang your clothes out on the washing line directly outside the laundry. BATHROOM/ENSUITE The bathroom and ensuite have shampoo, conditioner and body wash located under the sinks for your convenience. The bathroom has a shower, bath and vanity - toilet is located separately next door and the ensuite has a toilet, vanity and shower. LAUNDRY In the laundry you will find the a vacuum, laundry basket, pegs, broom, mop, bucket, airer, iron and ironing board. There is also washing detergent and cleaning products available for your use. You can hang your clothes out on the washing line directly outside the laundry. ALFRESCO AND GARDEN There is an undercover Alfresco area with a BBQ table and chairs. The garden is fully fenced. BOOKS, TOYS AND BOARD GAMES There are some books, toys and board games location in the TV unit. HEATING AND COOLING You will have year round comfort with the ducted evaporative cooling and heating throughout the property. All linen and towels are provided for your stay.
