Mid Level: Enter the home from the staircase or ramp and you are greeted by the timeless Great Room. The Great Room provides a Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV/DVD, and a half bath. The kitchen boasts custom cabinets, granite countertops, an accessible kitchen sink, counter seating for 4, and a dining area seating up to 5 with access to a small deck. Access bedroom #1, from the foyer, furnished with a Queen bed, TV, and closet with a washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 also offers a private handicap-friendly bathroom with an accessible shower (2-inch lip), grab bars, an accessible vanity, and a Jacuzzi tub. Top Level: Take the staircase up to the top level, which contains 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, deck access with a hot tub, and a captain's watch. Bedroom # 2 is a King bedroom with a TV, a private balcony, a private bathroom, and a spiral staircase to the captain's watch which displays panoramic views from the sound to the ocean. Bedroom # 3 has a DuoBunk (Twin over Full) and a TV. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twins, a TV, and deck access to the Hot Tub deck. Bedrooms #3 and #4 share access to the full hallway bathroom. Please help keep our home smoke-free for the enjoyment of all our guests. Remember to keep doors and windows closed when the heat or AC is in use. Please do not lower the thermostat below 72 degrees while using the AC. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze and stop functioning. We are on a septic system, PLEASE no grease in the drains, and do not overload the toilets with paper, or other items. Please keep the fridge temperature controls on the medium setting. The units have been opened more on departure day and it may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to reach optimal cooling after your arrival.
