Brand new listing - newly renovated - no cleaning fees! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach house. The secluded swimming beach can be accessed directly across the road. Walk along the beach to a nearby waterfall. Amazing views out the back over a farm with Highland Cattle in the paddock behind. Views from the house of the ocean. The space Watch the sun rise over the ocean from the upstairs bedroom in your luxury king bed in the warmer months. This room has commanding views over the ocean all the way to Cape Patton. The luxury deep freestanding bath captures the northern light during the day and has views over the farm behind. There is a full bathroom upstairs. It is also air-conditioned with its own dedicated split system. Please note that access to the king bedroom and bathroom retreat upstairs is via an external staircase. Please see the photos. The single bedroom is accessed via the undercover area. There are two further bedrooms downstairs, one with two single beds and one with a queen bed. The queen bedroom has a picture window that has views across the back deck to the farm. There is a fully renovated bathroom downstairs. Second air-conditioner services downstairs. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need to prepare meals. The cozy lounge features a TV as well as a wood fire and a split system air conditioner and heater. The Apple TV has Netflix, Prime, Disney, Stan, iView, SBS, 7+ and 9Now all signed in and ready to watch. Outside there is a deck out the back with seating next to a chiminea (outdoor fire) with views over the farmland behind. At the front of the house there is an undercover deck with seating that has views to the ocean. The front garden also features a native garden and lawn. The beach access is directly across the road. To access the swimming beach, turn left on the beach and walk around 300m. Note this swimming beach is un patrolled. At low tide there is a natural kiddy pool to the left of the main swimming beach that heats up during the day. This beach is quite secluded and also features a 45 minute walk to a waterfall. Once on the beach turn left, walk along the beach until the bridge over the Carisbrook river. Go up to the bridge and cross the bridge. On the left you will find a carpark and the access to the short walk up to the Carisbrook Falls. Guest access You have access to the full house and garden. Other things to note Children over the age of 2 are counted as a person within the number of guests counted for your stay. There is a wood fire inside and an outside chiminea that you can use should you wish. There is a number on the coffee table you can call to purchase firewood, or you can source this at any local supermarket or service station. No noise audible outside after 10pm please. We do not allow guests to bring their own BBQ which includes coal grills. No cooking at all allowed on the deck areas of the house. You are staying right by the ocean and in the middle of a beautiful country setting. In the summer months in particular there are bugs and it is important that you keep the fly screens closed to not let them into the house. There may also be crickets in the summer months, they are what you hear at night singing. They jump like grasshoppers and are attracted to light. They live outside in the ground, not in the house, but may jump in if you leave an open door. There is no access into any of the surrounding paddocks on the farms nearby. There is a $50 key charge for lost or taken keys.
