Mid-Level: As you enter the home, you are greeted by a trendy, open living area. The tastefully updated kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar that seats 3, a dining area that seats 6, and all of the cookware you will need. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a TV, and plenty of games for the entire group. Located directly off the living area is bedroom #1, a Queen bedroom, and a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. Step outside and you will find a semi-covered deck with seating and access to the private solar-heated pool, hot tub, and picnic table. Top Level: Ascend the spiral staircase to discover two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a sundeck overlooking the marsh behind the home. Bedroom #2 is furnished with 2 Twin beds. Bedroom #3 is furnished with a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share access to a spacious full bathroom. Extras: Private pool, hot tub, 1 TV, WiFi, sound system with auxiliary wireless Bluetooth connection, charcoal grill, board games, high chair, Keurig, air fryer, outside shower, covered deck, sun deck, deck furniture, and parking for 3 vehicles. Check-In Location: At the Property PRIVATE POOL is open from April until mid-October This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub all year. Please help keep our home smoke-free for the enjoyment of all our guests. Remember to keep doors and windows closed when the heat or AC is in use. Please do not lower the thermostat below 72 degrees while using the AC. Any lower setting will cause the AC to freeze and stop functioning. We are on a septic system, PLEASE no grease in the drains, and do not overload the toilets with paper, or other items. Please keep the fridge temperature controls on the medium setting. The units have been opened more on departure day and it may take up to 12 hours for the fridge to reach optimal cooling after your arrival.
