Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and art-filled surroundings. Enjoy the mountain view balconies and make yourself at home in this unique artistic retreat. Access to the apartment is via 4 flights of stairs in a small family-build building with no elevator. Other things to note For arrivals before 2pm we require an early check-in fee of $20. For late arrivals, late-check in fee is $20 after 8 pm and $30 after midnight. Late check-outs are charged $20. All guests must comply with most current Bulgarian authority rules and guidelines related to Covid19. For stays longer than one month, we require guests to allow access and cover the costs of a monthly cleaning.
