The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a small family-build residential building with no elevator - expect 4 flights of stairs. This is a lived-in residential building in a local neighborhood, not a hotel-style environment. Perfect for guests who appreciate authentic character, artistic touches, and don’t mind stairs. Other things to note For arrivals before 2pm we require an early check-in fee of $20. For late arrivals, late-check in fee is $20 after 8 pm and $30 after midnight. Late check-outs are charged $20. For stays longer than one month, we require guests to allow access and cover the costs of a monthly cleaning.
