Step out onto the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air and soak in the stunning vistas. Downstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The main bedroom is especially luxurious, with a large ensuite featuring a soaking tub and walk-in steam shower. When it's time to explore, you'll find great dining options nearby at Tomboy Tavern or you can grab breakfast essentials at the Village Market. And if you're in the mood to relax, you can even have breakfast delivered by Baked in Telluride. With its central location, this condo offers a true taste of local Mountain Village living. Please reach out to our Reservation Team to inquire about purchasing additional day passes for access to the Peaks Resort at an additional cost. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 8 people. - The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. Additional paid valet parking may be available at The Peaks for extra cars. Availability for additional valet parking varies and cannot be guaranteed. Payment is collected directly at The Peaks front desk. - There is parking in the underground garage. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
