Downstairs there is also a tv room, bathroom with bath and shower and seperate toilet. Upstairs there is a large open plan kitchen living and dining opening up to the decked balcony with outdoor Sun lounger and dining with sea and park views. The main bedroom is upstairs with king bed and private ensuite with shower. There is a laundry with washer and dryer. Kitchen has a gas cooktop and electric oven and there is a dishwasher. There is a bbq on the balcony . There are bikes and double person kayak in the shed for guest use and a table tennis table in garage also . There is wifi and 2 large tvs which you can use your own Netflix account on. Other things to note Very quiet neighbourhood. Idyllic setting. Strictly no parties or noisy guests.
