There is lovely floorboards in main areas. Three bedrooms upstairs with ensuite and walk in robe to main bedroom, downstairs bedroom bathroom and laundry and small lounge/ study area. Wi Fi is available. Outside there is wrap around decks that you can sit and relax with your coffee and take in the lovely gardens and peaceful surroundings. The house is situated on a large block with carport and plenty of parking. Important Note: You will need to provide sheets, towels, pillow cases and tea towels. Please note there is a non refundable booking fee with every booking if cancelled.   Check in time is strictly 3pm and checkout time is strictly 10am. Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.
