Amanda Court is located in the perfect position between Little Beach and Shoal Bay Beach, giving you the option for the calm waters of Little Beach or the crystal white sands of Shoal Bay Beach with gentle rolling waves. The space The two-bedroom unit has recently been renovated and is perfect for your families next relaxing getaway to Nelson Bay. Only a short five-minute drive into the heart of Nelson Bay where you will enjoy a selection of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shopping. Open plan living and dining area with a wall mounted TV and games to play, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, and family size fridge. Opening off the living area is the balcony with a gas BBQ and bar style outdoor dining. Both bedrooms are carpeted, and the main bedroom has a queen bed whilst the second bedroom has a Tri Bunk (double underneath/ single above). The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and vanity and the property provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. There are also two underground parking spaces provided. Bedroom Configuration: - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 – Tri Bunk (double underneath/ single above) Parking – Double Open Underground car space Linen: - This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts. Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue. After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
