A contemporary, 3 bedroom open-plan layout creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, perfect for those wanting a relaxing escape along the coast. Enjoy breezy, light-filled spaces including a furnished front deck boasting waterfront views, a master bedroom overlooking the ocean and a lush backyard complete with a tropical pool and fire pit. Offering laidback coastal zen across three levels, this bright and spacious, three-bedroom retreat is perfectly situated across the road from beautiful Machans Beach and less than 15 minutes' drive from Cairns. Ideal for families or groups, you'll enjoy generous living spaces and a well-equipped kitchen offering all that's needed to cook up a feast at home. Enjoy leisurely meals at the kitchen island or eat together in the stylish seperate dining room. Laze away the afternoon in the living area with timber beam ceilings, a leather couch, arm chairs and a TV. Take advantage of the tropical climate with multiple outdoor spaces to entertain. Enjoy cooling sea breezes and stunning ocean views with a good book out on the front deck. In the backyard, you can relax on the large undercover deck overlooking the lush gardens, take a dip in the pool, or say hello to the wandering chickens. Dine alfresco before finding a comfy lounge to sink into, or stay cosy by the fire pit under the stars. The large master bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed, walk-in robe and ocean views. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the pool, while the third bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet and shower. In the main bathroom, guests can indulge in a long soak in the bathtub after a day spent lazing by the beach. Other conveniences include a dedicated study nook and Wi-Fi, two secure parking spaces and laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer. One of our favorite things is O’Shea Restaurant and Bar which is located just 2 mins walk on the Esplanade. This bar has fantastic meals and live music over the weekend and is a must to visit. There is also Mayhem on Machans which is a small chic cafe for breakfast and coffee. Machans beach also has a General store located 5 mins walk from the house that has everything from post office to petrol and all your groceries needs in one little local store. Please be mindful our house is not a home suitable to toddlers or babies. It is multi level with stairs both inside and out. There is also a water feature inside the house that would note suit young children. Guest access The house is free to use as your own. Other things to note We hope you will be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise down after 7pm and not before 7am.
