Split air-conditioning and ceiling fans help maintain inside comfort, and will easily tame the hottest of days. The fully tiled bathroom includes a shower, toilet, vanity, front load washing machine, and wash trough. Safety features include a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket, and a basic first aid kit. A bbq, table and chairs are available outside the unit for alfresco dining. For accompanying babies and infants, a porta cot and high chair are available on request. If you're in Exmouth you're probably not spending too much of your day inside so I'd expect a good shower, comfy bed and general cleanliness. David's place had all that and more- washing machine, massive tv and great couch to watch it from, decent sized fridge and area to cook/BBQ if you want.
