The space ★ ★★ Important Information ★ ★★ Due to strata management rules, we cannot place the key locker directly on-site. Instead, the locker is located just 30 meters from the apartment, a quick 1-minute walk away. We appreciate your understanding. [IMPORTANT] Keys MUST be collected before 5 PM to avoid the arcade being closed. If you think you may arrive later than 5 PM, please notify us BEFORE 5 PM, so we can rearrange your keys to another location. Please find the following important access information: - You need to use a remote to access the car park by the front lifts. Please do not use the fob to access the car park. Otherwise, it will activate the alarm system. - After you park your car in the car park, you need to take the lift to the ground floor and then use another lift (back lifts) to access the room, because the front lifts can only access the low levels of the building. Only back lifts can access the high levels of the building. Guest access Guest can enjoy the entire apartment. * Please kindly notice: Only the Gym is opened for the public, other facilities are residential only. Apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your understanding. I hope you will have a fantastic stay. Other things to note Fire Safety: The fire alarm system in this property is monitored, and emergency services will be dispatched if the alarm is triggered. A minimum fee of $1200 will be charged for Fire and Emergency Services, and the guest will be responsible for all related fees and charges. Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed. Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest. Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking. Additional Bedding: A setup fee of $50 per stay will apply if the sofa bed is used. The using of the sofa bed and extra linen for $30 per guest per night. Baby Equipment: Cots, high chairs, and baby baths are available upon request for $20 per item. Please let us know when you make your booking. Note that availability is limited, and we may not be able to provide these items if stocks are depleted. Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily. Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
