Other things to note Pets may be accepted under certain conditions: - small and medium-sized dogs that do not shed their hair are accepted - dogs must not climb on beds or sofas - the dog must not climb to the 2nd floor where there are hardwood floors - the dog should not be left alone in the cottage - excrement must be collected as it occurs - the dog can be left without a leash on the grounds but must under no circumstances leave the boundaries of the grounds or go on the grounds of the neighbors - the dog must be kept on a leash when walking to the lake and on 15th Avenue which gives access to the lake - dogs of larger sizes or that shed their hair can be accepted after discussion with the owner, and on the condition that any additional cleaning or damage costs will be at the expense of the tenant.
