Guest access The private apartment is not shared with anyone else. There is a family living upstairs. Please note that the everyday sounds and noises of family life (footsteps, stairs, kids playing, etc.) can be heard in both directions. You will undoubtedly hear them (and they will hear you) as they go about their everyday life. The tenants upstairs use the back gate to get to their parking spot. You might see them from time to time, but they will not bother you or enter your space.
