While secondary bedroom has two twin beds perfect for the little ones.  Need extra sleeping accommodations? Don`t worry, the living room couch pulls out to a queen size sofa bed. Comfortable for 2 people. Thats not all, Turquoise Turtle has a huge fenced in back yard perfect for the kiddos or outside entertaining. Guest access Guest will receive their check in instructions 7 days prior to their arrival and will be able check in directly at the property. We will also provide guests with our contact information. Someone is available for emergencies after 8 pm as well. There is also a Welcome Book provided at the property with helpful information such as Wi-Fi password and trash days along with the check out procedure. Other things to note House Rules Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM Cancellation Policy: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
