Double bed room for singles or a couple, in modern open plan barn-bungalow set in a large garden over looking Pevensey marshes - SSSI - & out to the sea 6 miles away. With a car (parking on drive) this is a great central point to discover the thriving art scene, vineyards, castles and historic sights - see choc-full guidebook. Directly on the 1066 Country Walk (Pevensey - Rye via Battle 31m) & the mid point on The Old Pilgrims Way (S’hampton - Canterbury 150m ) walkers & cyclist very welcome. The space A largely 'passive' home in East Sussex where you will have a quiet double bedroom with shared access to a modern bathroom. Leaf teas and real coffee are provided in the room. The garden is a 1/3 of an acre with wildness, flower beds, lawn and a young orchard area. Providing several places to eat and drink and create a fire. The garden gently declines towards fields and open farm land. Superb bird watching with swallows, buzzards, barn owls, herons, woodpeckers amongst the local bird life. There are local walks and pubs directly accessed from the house. Guest access Guests have access to the shared bathroom and large garden. During your stay I will meet and greet on arrival. I am a gardener and an artist. Sometimes working away from home or from a studio in the garden. Other things to note Checkout time may vary depending on the day you wish to depart.
