When location is important, you simply cannot go past the massive "Somerset Cottage", that can host up to 10 guests*!! The character home with gorgeous terracotta roof has amazing polished timber floors throughout. A massive lounge room with reverse cycle air-conditioning greets you as you enter the home. There is a smart TV with Netflix for your entertainment. The well appointed, eat in kitchen offers electric cooking and all the comfort of home with coffee, tea, milo, pantry staples and even some goodies to enjoy on arrival! 3 bedrooms are included as standard: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: 2x King Single Beds Bedroom 3: 2x King Single Beds For more than 6 guests, the following is available on request (extra charges of $50 per person/ per night applies): Bedroom 4: 1x King Single Bed plus single bed pull out trundle Pull out double sofa bed in lounge room All bedrooms, living & kitchen are equipped with reverse cycle air conditioners. There are two bathrooms. A beautifully renovated shower over bath in the main plus a second shower & separate toilet located in the internal laundry. There is also off street parking including a single, lockable carport plus a concrete driveway for a further 2 vehicles. Relax & unwind with the enormous covered outdoor entertainment area and generous yard for the kids to run around! *extra charges for more than 6 guests **The balance of the shed is locked off as storage for the owner. They do not access. Guest access Entire house & yard, including the single carport. The balance of the shed is used for the owners storage (they do not access) and is not available. Unless you have more than 6 guests, the fourth bedroom will be locked off from use. :) Other things to note ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS & GUIDEBOOKS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Our check-in instructions will be sent 11am the day before your stay. It will include detailed instructions and everything else to ensure a smooth check-in and an enjoyable stay. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's highly recommended to plan for a 3pm check-in time. In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate such requests, please note that unlike hotels, we do not have alternate rooms to offer. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Depending on our bookings and housekeeping schedules, it might be possible to arrange a later check-out time. Kindly get in touch with us as soon as possible, at a minimum, the day prior to your departure to verify if this can be arranged. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if you need to check out after 11 am, an extra night's fee may be levied and must be paid before we can commit to the extended check out time. This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ STARTER SUPPLIES ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
