Reach out if you have questions.*** Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Inside, the comfortable living room with a sofa bed and SmartTV leads to the fully-equipped eat-in kitchen. A farm table, a smaller dining table, and countertop seating are perfect for enjoying meals and fellowship with your group. The bedrooms in this home are large! The first has three double beds. The second has two double beds. The third has two double beds. The last bedroom has a queen bed. Outside, a charcoal grill is available year-round, and the above-ground saltwater pool is open seasonally. NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
