We welcome all guests whether you're here to study, work or play newly carpeted and painted The space A quiet household perfect for tourists, business travellers, holidaymakers, students, contractors and couples. Your bedroom has its own sink, a double bed, desk, drawers, lamps, toiletries and wardrobe. Please Note! I've put in new carpet and repainted since these pics were taken. it's even nicer now! The desk is handy if you're a student or need to work while you're staying with us. The house is decorated with art collected from my travels around the world. Many guests also admire the original Victorian fireplace in the living room. I have a vast collection of instruments (guitars/bass/trumpet/autoharp/keys/accordion + more) which you're welcome to use while you stay (at logical, reasonable hours!). A digital piano can be set up in your room on request so no need for you to miss out on valuable practice time. There are a few board games in the house if you want to stay in and chill. Just ask! We have a lovely, big garden which is a sun trap and has lots of vegetables growing (if you stay in the right season.) There's a seated area with a hammock and fire pit. We have just had a beautiful brand new bathroom fitted and redecorated the hall and living room. We are a vegan household and kindly request that you do not bring meat inside. I live in the house with my very quiet housemate Laurence who is a film maker. Lastly, we celebrate diversity and are against all forms of discrimination. During your stay If we're unable to meet you personally, our self check-in option gives you flexibility to arrive anytime between 2pm and 12am. I'm a musician/actor and my friend is a videographer. We're able to give you advice on the best places to go in Cardiff. I may even get you on the guestlist for gigs or a theatre show if I'm performing locally and you fancy a night out with us. If you want to learn a little Welsh while you're here, I am an ex Welsh tutor so can give you a little taster of our beautiful language. We love befriending our guests, however there's no pressure to interact with us. We're quite happy to leave you to your own devices if you prefer quiet time or wish to work /study during your stay or if you are just looking for a place to rest your head after work.
