Other things to note Cell service is spotty in this location, however we have high-speed internet that works very well. The apartment is located in the bottom level of our three-level house. We have noise insulation tiles, but you may still hear the pitter patter of little feet. We also have a friendly Standard poodle, Pomeranian, and chickens that live on the property. My husband are I are home most of the time, and our weekday mornings usually start around 8 am (9am on the weekend). We’ve had several people stay in the unit, all said they had a great nights’ rest and were not awakened in the morning by noise disturbance, but I always want to give full disclosure that you may hear some noise from above.
