The spacious kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 barstools at the kitchen countertop. The dining table seats six. Also on this level, you will find the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55-inch flat screen with streaming and Apple TV, and access to a small deck. The master bath has a 2-sink vanity, a sunken jetted tub, and a separate shower. There is a large walk-in closet as well. On the lower level, there are 2 bedrooms and a den. The den has a 55-inch flat-screen TV with streaming and Apple TV, and access to the patio with a private hot tub and a small fenced yard with a built-in gas grill and fire pit. The second bedroom has a King bed and a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom has a Bunk with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top. It has its own full-size bath with a 2-sink vanity, sunken jetted tub, and separate shower. This bedroom has a large walk-in closet. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and access to a 2-car garage on this level as well. The half bath is located at the front entrance to the townhome. Complex features. This is a perfect two-level townhome design. You can walk or drive downtown, the short distance to River Run lifts, or the bike path and the river. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property.
