Lake St. Catherine Waterfront Home

August and Sept openings! Beautiful lakefront cabin on Lake St. Catherine, VT. Location has the best of access to the "big lake" and is tucked back in a quieter bay. Sleeps up to 5 adults (can do 6 if additional is a child) and has a large screened-in porch with amazing views. Wake up in the morning to a sunrise above the Green Mountains. Lots of room for outdoor activities and a swimming area you can wade into! Fishing from the dock or bring your boat and enjoy the whole lake. The space There is lots of natural light from the large windows, sliding glass doors, and skylights. The main floor has a spiral staircase and an open layout with views of the lake from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. There are two private bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) and an open loft with 2 beds. There are two full bathrooms (one standing shower and one tub/shower), and a spacious mudroom. The entire lake-facing porch is screened in and has outdoor lounge and dining areas. Secure and UPDATED WIFI throughout the premises. Use of gas grill. Beds: upstairs bedroom (queen); downstairs bedroom (bunkbed with full/twin); loft (with full bed+twin bed). Sleeps FIVE adults max; 6 guests if one is a child (12 and under). For outdoor fun, there are 2 kayaks, swimming noodles and inner tubes, a private dock, outdoor games. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is by 10am. Other things to note Here is the run down on house rules and expectations (thank you for observing these so that the house can continue to be enjoyed by others): The guest maximum is 5 adults (6th if a child is allowed), and limited to the tenants who are staying there. No other gatherings with new guests or visitors are allowed on the premises. There is no smoking or vaping of ANY kind anywhere on the property, inside or outside. You must supply your own firewood for the outside fire pit. Please do not use any wood that is on the property. No pets allowed. Linens for beds and bath supplied, but bring your own beach towels. This is a family home for part of the year. We ask our guests to treat the home with basic care: no food in bedrooms, be gentle with the septic tank, lock the doors when you leave, etc. Other families are present on the lake - please, no loud music or other loud noise distractions after 11pm.
