Situated on the upper floor of the prestigious Waverton Village apartment complex, it offers vistas of the surrounding tree-filled area, and harbour glimpses. Direct lift access offers security and privacy. The two queen bedrooms are situated at either end of the apartment. Both are well-appointed, with built-in robes, the master with an ensuite. The main bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and both bathrooms are modern with a shower, vanity and toilet. The second bedroom has sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The open plan living area benefits from a full-length expanse of glass, offering a vast vista of greenery and lots of natural light. The modern kitchen occupies the length of the opposite wall and is well-equipped, with microwave and dishwasher. There is a six-seater dining suite and the lounge area houses a modular lounge looking out to the views. The smart TV will keep you entertained. If you’re musical, you’ll appreciate the piano! With WiFi, a European style laundry as well as air-conditioning units and underground parking for 2 cars, this apartment will tick all your boxes for a great Sydney getaway. Guest access You will have access to the entire property during your stay. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available.
