Our house is only 5 minutes walk from the city's Rustaveli avenue and within a walking distance to all major sights. Mtatsminda the most quiet place in the very center of a warm Tbilisi. This house has a very rich history and it belonged to our family for several ages -even grand grand grandfather lived here. Our guests love our apartment since it is authentic historical house with and good neighborhood. My place is good for couples, families with children, big or small groups. The space Apartment has kitchen, newly renovated shower, 2 bedrooms and living room, where sofa can be used if necessary.
