The fully functional contemporary kitchen boasts a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and fridge freezer. There is a 10 seater dining table and beautifully appointed living area which connect to the outdoor balcony which is perfect for watching the sun setting over the Indian Ocean. Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning for your comfort, providing both heating and cooling options. The master bedroom is on the upper floor, a serene oasis featuring a comfortable King bed, a spacious walk-in robe, and an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, single vanity, and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms; two bedrooms with queen and one bedroom king which converts to twin on request. The two queen rooms have ample built-in robe space, work stations and ceiling fans as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning. Step outside to the inviting outdoor courtyard, complete with a BBQ and seating for 8. It's the perfect spot for alfresco dining and soaking up the coastal atmosphere. For your convenience, we offer fully equipped laundry facilities, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry sink, and outdoor clothesline. Quality bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, along with a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. Parking is a breeze with a private and secure car bay featuring garage remote control for 2 cars, plus space for an additional 2 cars in the driveway. Guest access Entire house + double garage .
