My place is close to ️5 minutes from the Rajiv Gandhi Hinjewadi IT Park, Phase I & II Cook is currently not available ,we can arrange cook on request if available at ₹500 per meal . ️In close proximity to other key locations i.e entertainment and hospitality destinations (Boating nearby at Mulshi Dam ,K-resorts Esquare, Adlabs, Crossword, McDonalds, VITS) ️Bengaluru–Pune Bypass: 7 minutes ️Mumbai–Pune Expressway: 10 minutes. The space Its a 4BHK 4000 SQFT Villa situated in Life Republic township, Marunji Road, Hinjewadi, Pune. All room are well decorated, planned and designed by Interior designers for guest house purpose. We have 4 Bedrooms with attached Bathroom, have nice luxurious Double/Twin beds ,Study Table,wardrobes & a awesome view .All 4 Bedrooms have Air-conditioners . Extra guests can be taken on request . Guest access Guests can use the Hall and Dining area ,Terrace, Children play area etc . Swimming Pool (sometimes pool may not be available due to maintenance or any other reason ) .Outside and common areas are under cctv. Unmarried couples not allowed . Extra guests other than eight guests will be charged Rs 1000 per night .Kids below 2 years at no extra charges . Guests can use Honda Activa scooter within the township . Key available in Key holder . Other things to note our place is very peacefull so guests need to maintain the same .Must carry Xerox copy & original Valid Govt Photo ID proof before check-in . The shopping center is nearby . Self Cooking :(Free) You need to carry Cooking Raw Materials as per your requirement & cook yourself. Food Service Depend upon Cook availability,most of the times cook is available at property. cooking charges applicable.
