The space Located close to the city centre, this hostel offers easy access to public transport and essential services, allowing you to get anywhere in just 5 minutes on foot. The interior space is well equipped, providing entertainment with Netflix, Globo Play, Google Play, karaoke and games. The property is a large home optimised to accommodate guests, with 13 bedrooms, including 2 en-suites, and 10 guest bathrooms. There are two fully equipped kitchens, ideal for preparing your meals, and a laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline for your clothes. The outdoor area is spacious and welcoming, with a balcony full of sofas, hammocks, tables, chairs and sockets, as well as a TV, creating a family and harmonious atmosphere perfect for relaxing and socialising. This space is ideal for those seeking comfort and practicality in a shared and well-located environment. Guest access Guests have access to a variety of common areas, including the TV room, kitchens, hammocks, sofas, and areas with tables and chairs. Each guest receives their own access gate key, ensuring security and convenience. The room can be private or shared with your group, while all outdoor areas, such as the kitchen, bathrooms, convenience area, balcony, living room, reading corner, smoking area and laundry, are shared with other guests. This setup offers an excellent opportunity to socialise and share new experiences, except in the bedrooms, which remain private for their occupants. During your stay I live in the same property and am always available for interaction. Although I need to leave for various activities, I am accessible by phone and WhatsApp for any need to contact me. Other things to note Guests are encouraged to keep the utensils used clean and organised, as well as to ensure that the access gate is always closed. For everyone's safety, it is recommended to avoid arriving late at night or in the early hours of the morning, especially if alcohol has been consumed.
