Beachside Charm in Historic Downtown

Charming house from 1870 in the old part of town (Höganäs) about 100m from the harbour and 250m from the beach. The house is located on a quiet street in the most picturesque part of Höganäs and has a lovely terraced garden with a large patio. We have owned this house for 9 years and have spent all our holidays here with our 4 children - the house has everything you need, but things are not brand new so you can be relaxed while living here. The space The house is over a 100 years old and has that rustic and genuine vibe to it with beams in the ceiling and slanted walls. Neither the garden nor the bathroom has been renovated recently, but everything works well. The garden is lovely and private. Space for dinners outside if the weather allows. Guest access You will have access to the full house and to the garden. Feel free to use the bikes, surfboards and toys in the shed if you feel like it. Other things to note The houses are located close to each other so guests need to be mindful not to disturb late in the evenings or early in the mornings. You need to bring your own sheets, and clean before leaving.
