Relax with the whole family at this newly renovated, peaceful 1800 sq ft cedar cabin. The huge deck boasts stunning sunset views and a short walk across the meadow brings you to the peaceful shores of Spring Lake. Well-known for trout fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing, and swimming, this calm lake is home to loons, pelicans, and numerous water birds. Listening to the constant singing of birds across the lake sets the perfect ambiance to laze away a sunny afternoon. The space Sink into the comfort of the central living room with a beautiful cathedral ceiling and views of the lake. Use the fully equipped kitchen or propane barbecue to create meals to enjoy in a separate dining room with plenty of seating. If you want to sneak off to read a book, play games, or have a kids' play area, there is an open-concept bonus room off the kitchen. 2 full bedrooms as well as a sofa bed have comfortable linens and plenty of closet space. The bathroom and kitchen are fully stocked with essentials and extra amenities. Guest access You will have the entire home to yourself including a large private deck and firepit. There are spectacular views over the meadow and lake especially at sunset while you enjoy a drink on the patio listening to the birds. We live next door and are happy to answer any questions you might have. Other things to note We are located within the charming Village of Spring Lake with a community tennis court/basketball court/pickleball court, maintained walking trails, numerous play structures for kids, and lake access from various small docks to launch a canoe, kayak or paddleboard. If you don’t have your own, we can arrange inexpensive canoe or kayak rentals. Motorized watercraft have a speed limit of 12 km per hour and you will need to contact the Village office to arrange the launch of larger boats or canoes.
