Our large, open plan living home offers 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioned throughout, hotel grade professionally laundered linen & a King Master room with Study & Ensuite. Outdoors you'll find a large patio area, a secure gated area for your kids & fur babies, a stainless steel kitchen BBQ, spa & outdoor TV. So light up those tiki torches & unwind in our Territory Escape. The space Our Territory inspired luxury homestay boasts 5 spacious bedrooms including a huge master bedroom with ensuite, wall mounted TV & a dedicated work space. Each room has been furnished with Sealy posturepedic beds that are dressed with hotel grade, professionally laundered linen for your comfort. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: King Master with walk in wardrobe, ensuite, TV & study corner Bedroom 2: x2 King Singles Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed Bedroom 5: Double Bed Our ground level home is fully gated & fenced which is perfect for families & those travelling with pets. We have made sure to go above & beyond for our guests with adding those little extras to our home. EXTRAS: *Fully equiped kitchen with several appliances such as: Coffee machine, toaster, slow cooker, sandwich press, rice cooker & more! *Washing machine & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent * Large flat screen HD TV located within the main living space, outdoor patio & master room *Light up spa which is serviced between each guest *Games for the kids: Board games, Nintendo Switch & games *Games for the adults: Fully stocked Texas Hold'Em Poker & Darts * x2 Sunbathing lounges * Large stainless steel kitchen BBQ *x2 bathrooms with seperate toilet to main - Including complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hair dryer Note: If you are travelling with infants and require a high chair and/or bassinet please message us as we are more than happy to accommodate that for you. In the kitchen we have provided the basic plastic children's ware. We want you & your family to have a relaxing, peaceful & memorable stay in our Top End escape! So if there is anything extra that you may need please do not hesitate to contact us. Guest access Our home is fully secured for your peace of mind. On your day of arrival we will send you a pin code which will give you access to your Top End escape! Entering the pin code will open the electric front sliding gate which will open fully giving you access to our large open driveway & double lock up garage. The same pin code will also give you access to the front door of the property. Inside you'll find the house keys/buzzers to all doors, garage & front electric gate. Check in times are from 10am & check out time is also 10am. If you are needing to change this at all please do not hesitate to contact us and we'll try our best to make it as convenient as possible for you & your family. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have locked two cupboards at the end of the hallway for linen and two locked cupboards in the laundry for our cleaners. The rest of the property is accessible. Other things to note Kindly understand that as we are located in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood, excessive partying is not permitted. If you are travelling with pets, please note that they are not allowed on any furniture & you will unfortunately be charged an extra cleaning fee if our cleaners find fur. We take pride in our home & want each of our guests to know that everything is clean to high satisfactory standards. Smoking & vaping is permitted outside in the designated smoking area. Please do not smoke indoors. We have two Minut sensors that monitor the decibel limit. One is located in the lounge room and one in the back patio. These sensors do not record video footage nor do they record audio. They simply notify us if there is too much noise pollution coming from the property.
