A short walk to many, many bars and restaurants, the stunning Green Point park, the beaches & the promenade. A 5 minute Uber ride to Table Mountain and the hip districts of Sea Point and Long Street. There is one full bathroom shared between the bedroom and the lounge (that also converts to a bedroom if needed). Guest access Besides your own space which is exclusively for your use, you are welcome to share other parts of the house with us. Feel free to hang out in the big garden with your coffee - walk bare feet on the grass or settle down in the patio. Take a dip in the pool, take in the ocean views, admire the flowers or water the garden ;) Other things to note The property dedicates one parking space to the guests' car and it can accommodate almost all cars other than those with very low ground clearance, such as a Porsche ;) At times, it might be able to offer 2 parking spaces to guests.
