Tucked in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood, our guest suite is located inside a family home and has its own private walk out entrance for total privacy. With plenty of natural light, it is spacious, bright and cozy - ideal for anything from a weekend getaway to week-long business trip. The King size bed provides ample space for a restful sleep. Living room is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV. Netflix and Prime streaming are just a button press away. Inviting living room – offering a 50-inch smart TV with Netflix and Prime streaming, a 3-seater which can be converted into a sofa bed, a coffee table, different genres of books and video games for your pleasure. Modern and fully stocked kitchen - equipped with newer stainless steel appliances (stove, oven, microwave and fridge (no dishwasher)), coffee maker, toaster, cookware and basic spices. Full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent are in-suite for your convenience. This property is ideally situated close to Lougheed Highway and Highway 1, making it easy to commute to other cities. Locally it has quick driving access to Coquitlam Centre (7 mins), Austin Station Shopping Mall (4 mins) and Como Lake Village (6 mins). Guests are recommended to get around by car. Street parking by our front yard is easy. Guest access Detailed check in instructions will be sent two days before your stay. Keypad lock is used for easy and flexible check in. Other things to note The suite is located on basement level. Guests need to manage the stairs (please check the exterior photos for how to get to the suite). We are a quiet family (a couple and a teenage boy) living upstairs. While we try to keep things down, you may expect to hear some daily routine noises and footsteps during reasonable hours.
