Set up to sleep 9 people comfortably, IMPORTANT NOTE- loud gatherings and parties are not allowed. The space It's fresh, it's bright and private without being secluded. Located in a residential area, parties and excessive noise are not allowed and against our house rules. Guest's breaking these rules will be asked to leave. Our beautiful farm house style property is located 1.1 km away from the Hunter's favorite wedding venue, Wallalong House. Set up to comfortably sleep 9 people without using trundle or bunk beds - we've kept it classy. The brand new pool has built in night lights, heating and spa jets and overlooks nothing but your own back yard and farm land. Fitted out with everything you will need for the ultimate getaway or get together. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook in style if you like or it's 3km to the Hinton Hotel which always puts on amazing meals and they have a courtesy bus as a bonus. The bedrooms all have blockout blinds if you want to sleep in or leave the blinds open to wake up to the beautiful sounds and sights of native birds. The main bedroom has a large on-suite, bathtub and His and Hers walk in closets and their is a second bathroom central to the other bedrooms and a third toilet off the fully equipped laundry. The out door entertaining area is very spacious and perfect for outdoor dining and a game of pool. Our friendly Alpacas Honey and Trevor are located at the bottom of the 1.5acre property in their own Pacca Pen, feed them if you wish or just sit and watch and take in the serenity. It's a 25 minute drive to Newcastle, 15 minutes to Greenhill's Stockland shopping center, around 40k's to the beautiful vineyards around Pokolbin or you can head for the mountains to picnic and swim in the amazing Ladies Well near Dungog just an hours drive away. This property has it all whether you choice to have a jam packed getaway or simply do nothing you will be impressed. Guest access you will have access to the entire house, yard and gardens. Only the storage shed will be unavailable to guests. Other things to note This is not a party house, our neighbourhood is peaceful and we don't want to upset that. We have a strict no party policy.
