This private, self contained, cottage for 2 adults, with its own healing, magnesium pool and tropical landscaped garden is the perfect getaway. (Please note: No additional guests are allowed. Not suitable for infants or children). Pool is not heated. The space The Pool House is surrounded by views of a picturesque garden providing you with that feeling of space you don't get when staying in an apartment or resort. A stunning magnesium pool is all yours to spend your holiday in - or out. The deck that overlooks the garden and pool has a cafe style table and chairs to dine on and a large day bed to lie on for those who just want to relax. The bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen size bed. A picturesque window box completes the peaceful ambience of the room. There is a separate, well ventilated modern bathroom. The galley kitchen with island bar, is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable self contained vacation. Stay cool in summer with fans and air conditioning. Warm in winter with an oil heater. The Pool House is your sanctuary. You have your own private entrance and it is completely screened from the main house. Everything needed for a lovely comfortable stay has been considered. Take a dip in the magnesium pool, dine on your own deck, or walk 5 minutes up the road to James St, Burleigh to all the popular nearby cafes, restaurants and shops, then on to the beach for a stroll or swim. Paradise! Please note 2 guests only. Pool is not heated. Guest access Guests have the entire cottage and pool to themselves for their stay and are encouraged to make themselves at home. Parking is free and on the street. You are literally a short walk up to James Street which has a vast selection of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more. There's also a Woolworths tucked away just off James Street. Burleigh Heads beach is 900m only from your doorstep. You may not need a car unless you want to drive into the beautiful hinterland. Other things to note The Pool House is so close to an abundance of cafes, restaurants such as the famous Rick Shores, bars, (The Burleigh Pavilion), and shops. There is a Metro Woolworths and IGA to fill the mini fridge with treats. Our neighbour has recently built a tiny house next to the accommodation. There may at times be some ambient noise from their residents.
