Welcoming, quiet stone-built ground floor suite on Askeli beach, a few steps away from the sea. Ideal for families with children or couples! Renovated in 2021 with fully equipped spaces. It has a large garden with citrus trees and a patio with BBQ. There is plenty of free public space for parking in front of the house. It is located between numerous restaurants, beach bars, bakeries, super market and water sports center. Only a breath away from the sea, and 20-minutes walk the the island centre. The space The best getaway from the city for families, groups of friend or couples! Our sunny suite consists of two master bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a full bathroom, one large patio and a garden. The first bedroom is stone built, and has a view of the garden. The second bedroom has a private entrance from the side of the suite and a dedicated workspace with a desk, an ergonomic office chair and the necessary stationery. Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, closets, smart TVs, AirConditions, ceiling fans and room darkening shades. The kitchen has an electric oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and a refrigerator. In the spacious living room you can find a sofa bed where two more people can sleep comfortably. Free WiFi is available throughout the suite. As for the garden, guests can find an outdoor gas BBQ with cooking utensils, an outdoor dining and relaxation area and an outdoor shower. The garden is fully fenced. Guest access Guests can park their cars in the public parking spaces just in front of the suite. They can enter the premises through the main entrance in the garden, or from the side of the building. Our guests have private access to all areas, including the garden and the patio. Other things to note The suite is just steps away from the calm and warm waters of Askeli beach. Askeli Beach has many beach bars and restaurants. All other well-known beaches of Poros ( Monastery Beach, Love Bay, Russian Bay, Neorio, Vagionia ) are only a short drive away. All of the sights, such as the Russian Bay, the Monastery of Zoodohos Pigi, Tempe of Poseidon, the Archaeological Museum and the Chapel of Panagitsa, are also within very short distance!
