The moment you enter the home, you will notice the perfect amount of daylight from the North, the large lounge room off the entry with beautiful timber floorboards which span throughout the house. The home is equipped with a freestanding slow combustion fireplace for those cooler, cozy nights in. There is a beautiful refreshed white kitchen and dining with plenty of preparation space for the chef in the family, plus there is plenty of storage. Centrally located and connecting seamlessly with both the kitchen and the lounge, the large family room features reverse cycle air conditioning, smart TV and takes in the stunning leafy outlook, providing a wonderful space for those fun filled nights with family and friends. There are three bedrooms located at the rear, all with their own unique aspect and are serviced by a refreshed modern bathroom with a separate toilet. There is also an internal laundry with Washer and Dryer leading out to the yard. Outside, there is an expansive wrap around deck perfect for entertaining in all seasons with a large covered portion plus multiple areas where you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups of travellers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. The home is perfect for mature travellers and families. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies.
