Couch turns into a *full* sleeping arrangement. 2nd Floor Queen Rear: Bedroom with a queen bed. Full bath is located immediately next door. 2nd Floor Middle Den/TV Room: 55" Roku TV with a sofa that seats 3. Sofa turns into a Queen sleeping arrangement. 3rd Floor Queen Rear: Bedroom with a queen bed, balcony access and its own private bathroom. This bathroom also has a door from the hallway, but it can be made private by locking the door from the inside. There is a balcony access next to the rear of the 3rd floor queen bedroom which has a spiral stair case to a roof top deck. 3rd Floor Front Suite: *Host occupied* A large suite with king bed and attached ensuite bathroom. There is floor space to put up a Queen self-inflating air mattress that is stored in the closet. Contains coffee set up and office desk/chairs. Separate Private lower unit. Guest access Keyless entry, unit can be entered at any time. Entry code is sent the day before check-in. Please note there is a basement apartment thus for the main floor we have quiet hours from 8 pm to 7 am and strict no shoes, no events policy throughout the house.
