The Property can accommodate up to 16 Guests Max, There are 5 King Beds that can split to singles, and 3 sofa beds downstairs. The loft (available when booking 11 or more guests) is accessible via a full staircase and has a queen and 2 single trundles. The bedding configurations at Eaglemont are fully flexible, and perfect for families with children, multiple couples or families staying together, groups of teens, business, sporting and social groups too. We send you a form that explains all the possible bedding set-up options all your guests can choose where they want to sleep. There are 3 bathrooms in this immaculate and modern country home; one en-suite, two general bathrooms, including a 4th toilet (located within the powder room). The ducted heating and cooling system throughout has climate control and fully customised zones. A gas log heater and a wood-burner fireplace are on hand so you'll be comfortable in any season. The house also boasts a study, an entertainment loft with large screen TV (this room is the sixth bedroom) and a rumpus room with a full sized pool table and pool balls. Complimentary fast unlimited WiFi is included and you can stream on services such as Netflix and YouTube. Children are welcome, but parents must be vigilant at all times in case they decide to run off and visit the nearby lake.. We are sorry, but we do not allow pets.
