Mimosa Cottage

Mimosa Cottage was constructed in the 1920's as a residence and has had a number of interesting occupants since then including a doctors surgery and an art gallery/coffee shop. This year the cottage was renovated to create a comfy place to stay while you are visiting Glen Innes. The cottage is located centrally to the Glen Innes CBD, within short walking distance to the main street cafes, clubs, pubs and shops. There is off street parking and a large sunny back yard. No smoking throughout. The space This year Mimosa Cottage was fully renovated inside with three bedrooms and two bathrooms being refurbished. A new kitchen has been installed as has a reverse cycle air conditioner. A grid connect solar system is on the roof assisting with the energy needs of the property. Each bedroom has a queen bed with luxury mattress topper & electric blanket. There are two separate bathrooms, one with washing machine. The living area is central to the house providing a comfortable place to relax. The verandah at the rear is private and a real sun trap during winter. Guest access The whole house and yard. Other things to note Mimosa cottage is pet friendly with a large secure back yard. If travelling on motor cycles there is plenty of space to park them securely away from the street.
