We are BIG on cleanliness and ensure all surfaces are thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes. All linens and towels are bleached also. - Our home was professionally designed by a local Edmonton interior designer. - Central Air-conditioning for the hot summer months. - Only a 6–8-minute drive to Edmonton's world-famous - West Edmonton Mall. - Easy self check-in via secure door keypad. - Secure front-attached garage parking and LOADS of available street parking. - High-Speed WiFi on our large 65" SMART TV on the main floor and 55" TV located in the second living room upstairs which features complimentary Netflix. - Located close to the Anthony Henday ring route. Our home snugly sleeps thirteen (13) guests with one (1) King size bed in the master bedroom along with a day bed (which can sleep one guest) and 4 queen size beds, and a large sofa bed in the living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after each guest. Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea, and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand-new stainless-steel appliances such as a microwave, double fridge/freezer, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery. Experience True Opulence and Bliss when You Stay in our Luxury Home! Our home has a basement unit that has a seperate entrance. No shared facility asides the driveway. Please respect our house rules. Guest access You will have total access to the main floor and upstairs of the property, which includes all 5 bedrooms, 2 and half bathrooms, and common areas. Guest also have access to the front attached car garage for one car and also one spot on the driveway (right side facing the house, same side as main red door) for the second car. Driveway is shared with the basment unit. The left side of the driveway (when facing the house) is reserved for the basement unit. If you have more than two cars, street parking is available in accordance with bylaw 5560 - Traffic laws ; car must be moved once every 72hrs and guest are expected to review paking signs to determine if it is legal to park. We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and as enjoyable as possible, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any special requests or inquiries. We're here to help make your stay in our home a memorable one! Other things to note Other things to note:- - Additional guest fee apply after 7 guests - Pets are not allowed in our home. - Events are not allowed in our home. - Any form of smoking is not allowed in our home. - Excessive noise is not allowed in our home. - Additional bi- weekly cleaning will be offered to guest who book long stay. - We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of our home. - Guest will be charged if there are any missing items or damages to the suite or items in the suite. - There is keyless entry to the home, which a code will be provided after you book with us. - We require a short-term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay. - Our home has a separate short-term rental suite in the basement. These spaces are separate with their own private entrance, and no space is shared between the units. If you are traveling with a larger group and would like to rent the entire house, including the basement, please message us, and we can check if the entire space is available. Separate rental rates apply for the basement. - We are in the process of developing our backyard . we only have a deck, no stairs to come down the deck. Please exercise caution if you have to step onto the backyard . N.B - You're staying in our home, not a hotel. Kindly treat our home with respect. If any difficulties arise, we will do our best to take swift action. Bear in mind that there is no one living on site 24/7. Please note that, for guests with new profiles without reviews or with a lower review rating than four (4) stars, these requests may be reviewed manually and may be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.
