There is potential for street noise at night especially during warm weather days when cars are more plentiful. The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning service to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange with an additional fee. For longer-term stays over 1 week, we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels. Soap and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) can be refreshed as needed. Additional household items will need to be purchased by the guests. We supply dishware, flatware, cooking utensils and pots and pans. We DO NOT supply cooking ingredients such as cooking oil, salt and pepper, spices, etc. Given the health situation, we want to minimize the potential for transmission through shared supplies. There is a fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, marijuana, tobacco, and water pipes. I understand there are no parties or events allowed. All visitors must be disclosed and approved by the host before the check-in date. I understand no pets are allowed. I understand quiet time is 10 PM on the weekdays and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. No loud music after quiet hours.
