Holiday at Paperbark Retreat & enjoy all that the quiet location of Little Grove has to offer. A tranquil large block and spacious home within a close walk/ride/drive to the beach, Torndirrup National Park & other natural wonders and only a short drive into Albany central for shops, restaurants and cafes. Perfectly suited to 2 families with lots of room to come together or break away during your relaxing Great Southern get away. The space A large, spacious home that will accommodate travelling families perfectly. There are two queen rooms, one with ensuite, a bunk room with 2 additional king single beds and a separate twin room. A functional open living, dining and kitchen area is where you will gravitate after a day of exploring the region whilst the kids chill in the front lounge. There is space to park 4 cars easily on the large drive or in the garage. Also in the garage you will find 2 bikes and 3 kayaks for your use. Please note, we do not provide life jackets, these can be hired for free from the Little Grove Store which is located a few minutes from the house. Should you wish to bring your boat, there is ample parking space and the Little Grove Boat Ramp is located at the end of Chipana Drive at Shoal Bay. Guest access You have access to the whole house and garage. Our sheds out the back are locked for safety reasons. Other things to note The Princess Royal Sailing Club is less than a 10 min walk away and have amazing Friday night dinners with host catering not to be missed! Members & Members Guests always welcome. Bar opens at 5 pm and food from 6 pm.
