Secluded woodland hideaway in Annamoe

Okanagan Lodge is just a tiny piece of heaven. As you drive through Annamoe on the main Glendalough road you turn off onto a very quiet lane. Our home is situated at the top of a fern lined boreen off this lane. It is quiet and secluded. The perfect retreat. The space We built our home 6 years ago on 11 acres of beautiful secluded woodland. Our home is a haven away from the hectic daily routine. It is a calm, relaxing spot to take time out. The room is a large, bright, airy space overlooking the garden and surrounded by trees. It has low windows with views of the surrounding woodland. It is for this reason we have not dressed the windows with curtains or blinds. You can enjoy the natural light and view but it is still very private. There is a bathroom adjacent to your room with a stand alone roll top bath and shower for your own private use. Guest access Guests are welcome to help themselves to breakfast in the kitchen.The kitchen is not available for guests to prepare meals. Please note that it is a family home and there maybe times where we will all be eating together in the morning. We have an open plan house so if guests find a comfy spot to sit they are welcome to stay put. Feel free to explore our woodland wilderness or just sit in the garden and take it all in. During your stay We will try our best to be available to help with questions or just have a chat over a cup of tea. Other things to note We have ample parking as own transport is essential. There are 2 little people living in the house. Wonderful little characters and full of life! We have a large, friendly dog called Monty who does spend time inside our home. Check in 5pm Check out 10am
