This three-bedroom two bath home features a large, heated pool with a screened enclosure. Completely remodeled with an open-floor plan, featuring stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and modern touches throughout, you will never want to leave. The lanai is a perfectly added space for relaxing, dining and enjoying the balmy breezes. Unwind in the primary bedroom which offers a king bed, access to a private lanai, and en suite with large walk-in shower. There is an additional king bedroom and guest bedroom with two twin beds, both have decks to overlook the pool. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The lower level offers an entertainment space with foosball, a living area, and indoor bar. There is also a deeded beach access at the end of the street. Dogs are permitted in most but not all properties so please inquire before booking. Some units have age, size, and number of dog restrictions, never more than 2. If any pet not authorized is found in your unit or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of any payments. There is a non-refundable pet fee based on the size of the dog. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced.
