The space The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with everything you need to whip up delightful meals for your entire group. Enjoy the convenience of an oven, stovetop burners, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and even a Margarita machine to elevate your gatherings! Need to stock up on groceries or grab other essentials? No problem! Just a quick drive to the nearby marina or local store—both less than five minutes away—ensures you have everything at your fingertips. Picture this: waking up every morning to a stunning sunrise over a sparkling lake, followed by a refreshing swim to start your day. Make it your perfect summer home! Guest access The entire house, two decks are for your exclusive use. The beach area, driveway, and dock are shared spaces. Please park alongside the house in the driveway. Thank you for your cooperation! Other things to note Please be aware that fires of any kind are not permitted on the property. However, you are welcome to bring your own propane fire ring, which may be used on the beach or in the flat area in front of the house, but not on the grass or decks. Additionally, we use city water, not lake intake. We also do not allow pets. The dock is a shared amenity with our neighbors, so we kindly ask that you show respect for their space.
