Enjoy the company of native wildlife like kangaroos, wombats, echidnas, and birdlife. Close to Goughs Bay and Lake Eildon camping, the area also features Mansfield Golf Club with stunning views and Delatite Wines for exceptional local tasting. Howes Creek offers lakes, mountains, waterfalls, and endless natural beauty. It's a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"Summer Lea 1," available with 24 hours' notice. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, which include an outdoor open fire and their own private space. For assistance, please message or call your land host before approaching the main residence. Restricted Access: The main house and private shed are off-limits without prior permission from the land host. Other things to note - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Smoking is allowed outdoors only on the property - Reasonable reception available through Aussie Broadband WiFi - Mobile reception is good for Telstra and average signal for Optus and Vodafone - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Important note: - No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
