"Marian Ponds” Rustic Retreat is a relaxed and peaceful rural escape with wood fire, comfortable rooms and country hospitality, also see the "Camellia Suite" The meandering ponds attract a wide variety of birdlife and is surrounded by beautiful established gardens and a large area of spectacular grass trees. *NO* children under the age of 13 years. Due to our Farm animals we are unable to have pets on our property. 5 minutes from Balingup and close to others interesting South West towns. The space The "Rustic Retreat” has a seperate entrance and car parking for 2x cars This is a self contained 2 bedroom dwelling with 1x queen and 2x single beds with open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area with wood heater and reverse cycle air con, combined bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Microwave inside and webber bbq for guest use is on the undercover patio. The unit is approximately 4 metres from the main house. Guest access Guests are welcome to explore all aspects of our unique property espeshially the spectacular ancient grass trees that are located just behind the Rustic Retreat, as well as the beautiful landscaped gardens and meandering ponds.
