Fiona & I bought our new home in The Villages, Sept 2020. We were successful Airbnb hosts in our prior home since 2017. We are "young" retirees after long careers in aerospace & health care. We absolutely LOVE being hosts & meeting different people. During your stay we will make you very comfortable. We offer complimentary breakfast; tea, coffee, toast, cereal, milk etc. We can get you a guest ID if you plan on using the amenities. The space You will have your own private bedroom & bathroom. The bed is queen size with a VERY comfortable mattress. We will provide you with towels and linens. You are very welcome to use our living room, dining room, kitchen and lanai. We are very easy going and have never had any issues with our lovely guests. There is a guest WiFi for your use, and a TV in the guest bedroom for your viewing pleasure. Guest access We will give you your own unique code to the digital lock on the front door so you're free to come and go at will. During your stay We are available to give advice about the area. We can help you get tee times if you plan to play golf. We will not crowd you. We will always respect your privacy. Other things to note Golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming pool, shuffle board, bocce; the fun never ends. We are more than happy to give you guidance on where to go and what to do during your stay.
